Lists: Keep Track of Number of Views/Likes

Just throwing an idea out there, and see what others think. It's not really necessary or an improvement to the site but would be rather interesting.

Just like lists keep track of how many views, maybe incorporate that into profile pages with the total number of profile views?

Or total number of accumulated list views on a users profile?

Or include how many total "likes" user's reviews have accumulated? (ex: 11 out of 13 people found the following review useful)

Or an overall %percentage of review usefulness?
