Lists: Create a list of all films by favourite directors

I would like it if there was an option to create a list of films by your favourite directors. By this I mean add multiple directors to a list and see all your chosen director films on one list, listed chronologically.

At the moment, you can only create a list of directors, or you can create a list of individual films. So it would be very useful if there was an option to add all films by one director/actor/whatever to your chosen list.

If this was done correctly, then your list should update automatically with any new film that the person you're a fan of is attached to. To my knowledge, no other site has this feature yet.
