List Privacy Setting

I am trying to share this list: https://www.imdb.com/list/ls542561289/?ref_=ext_shr_lnk

The settings say that it should be public. I tested this on two different browsers, and it worked just fine. Now none of the people with whom I shared the link can access the list, even though the settings are the same. I am also getting this error when not signed into my account.
