List numbering problem

The numbering on my list "My DVD collection (theatrical releases) is broken. Can you fix this?

Hello, I specified in the images
I used one of my lists as an example
You can put your desired number in the boxes, and when you save it, it will go to that number.

@ensvensk83 You save the changes, but then the changes are not made? Because if you don't save or click discard, the data will not be saved
