List Numbering broken

The above list has it's numbering broken, the same issue that I (and many others) have had before, as discussed below

I reported this here, a few days ago (and got an initial acknowledgement from staff, but nothing more AFAIK); I don't know what's going on, but that post seems to be gone from my profile now.
