Known For section for talkshow hosts

When looking at the Known For section for Dutch talkshow host Jeroen Pauw (https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0667504/) I noticed this section only listed acting credits. However, if you look at his Self section, you can see he was the host of 1309 episodes of "Pauw & Witteman", 757 episodes of "Pauw" and for his current talkshow "Pauw & De Wit" already has 70 episodes under his belt. 

For Oprah Winfrey (https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0001856/) the situation is even more out of whack.  According to IMDb, she is known for producing 36 episodes of "The Oprah Winfrey Show" and not for hosting 5659 (!) episodes of this show.

Is it possible to tweak the system so that if someone has Self credits with the role Host for a TV series with the genre Talkshow for more than, let's say, 100 episodes, this title become one of the Known For titles?
