Keyword Search Ampersand Problem has come up again (J&B Scotch et al)

A while back I pointed out to the Community that clicking the keyword "j&b scotch" to initiate an Advanced Title Search did not work, having something to do with the coding of the ampersand.  Thus fans of giallo films could not easily search for the ubiquitous drink, for example. 

Three months ago the problem had been resolved - clicking keywords with ampersands yielded valid responses.

However, the problem has re-emerged: clicking the keyword "j&b scotch" yields a search for titles starting with "J", and the "j&b scotch" keyword cannot be added.
