Issue with IMDB loading time + Cannot access account features
I've been experiencing 2 particular problems for months now. I use IMDB on an Android phone & an iMac computer (both with Google Chrome as the browser).
1. Via the iMac: it takes AGES for anything to load. Be it searching for a title, or loading a page's information, it takes a good 6-10 seconds to load. Even when I simply place my cursor in the "search" section, for this to register, it takes an average of 8 seconds. There's a serious lag.
2. On my Android: the speed is fine, but I cannot access my account features, especially reviews. Even if I want to write a review, the page seems like it's about to load, but then goes blank.
Not sure why these issues are segregated depending on the device I am using. Anyone else having these problems? Anyone know of any solutions?

@david_abraham_g9t79j38lswmd Sorry to hear about the slow performance. This is not within expected response times. We presume you are only experiencing slow speeds on IMDb? Please try the steps outlined on https://help.imdb.com/article/imdb/general-information/why-is-imdb-displaying-differently-on-my-browser/GF2ZAR69V859XLHF -- especially note the point on plug-ins, especially ad-blockers.
The same applies with the Android app ... do you use a VPN or an ad-blocker?
If you are still experiencing problems in either case, please post: your device details, the version of the operating system installed, the version of the IMDb app / browsers tested.
