Issue with IMDb Account Recovery via Facebook Login

I’m reaching out because I’m unable to recover my original IMDb account that was previously linked to my Facebook login.

I followed the official recovery steps:

• Went to the password reset page
• Entered the email associated with my Facebook account
• Reset the password and signed in using “Sign in with IMDb”

However, this process resulted in a completely new account being created. None of my previous data, watchlist, or activity from my original account is present.

At the same time, my Facebook settings still show that IMDb is active:

• Logged in with Facebook, Added on Jan 3, 2018, Session Active.

I see a user ID here in my facebook settings.

It seems like my old account still exists but is no longer linked correctly to my email or login method.

Could you please help me locate and restore access to my original account?
