Is There Any Way to Restrict Certain Genre Tags?

Whenever I find a new show, I like to see what the genre is.  However, that's all I want to know.  I don't want to know anything else.  However, now, IMDB will not only show the genre; such as "Sci-Fi", "Horror", "Drama", etc., they'll also provide other details like "Time Travel".  However, I don't want to know that.  Is there any way to restict that, so that it won't give away these minor spoilers?  I don't want to know that it's a movie about time travel.

I agree with this. I find it unnecessary, and yet another detrimental "upgrade" to imdb. Time Travel and Alien Invasion, among others, are often something you learn throughout a movie, as a plot-twist or surprise.

Please respect the art of storytelling by removing these extra tags, please(along with spoilery trailer thumbnails, ffs). Or at least let users choose to hide certain tags.

You could try out the reference view, which only shows main genres and doesn't display a trailer.

Oh, I did not know about this setting! I'll definitely be using this from now on.

Thank you very much for the suggestion.
