Is it possible to find a list of the 10 000 top rated movies on IMDb?
I have found this list with top 1000 of movies on IMDb
https://www.imdb.com/search/title/?groups=top_1000&sort=user_rating,desc&count=100&view=simple
But I was wondering if there exist a list with top 10 000 on IMDb?

In short, the answer is no
It is impossible to make a top 10 000 with the Top 250's criteria because at this date, there are only 5 297 feature films with more than 25 000 votes:
https://www.imdb.com/search/title/?title_type=feature&num_votes=25000,&sort=user_rating,desc
With the help of the advanced search, you can get a list of 10 000 (by lowering the minimum number of votes to 8073).
https://www.imdb.com/search/title/?title_type=feature&num_votes=8073. However, with this link, you are only going to get the 10 000 most voted titled not the 10 000 best titles.
Personally, I suggest:
https://www.imdb.com/search/title/?title_type=feature&user_rating=7.0,&num_votes=1000,&sort=user_rating,desc
PS: Keep in mind that none of these links uses the weighted average formula so the ratings aren't going to match the Top 250 and the Top 1000's.
