Is https://www.imdbseollc.com/login a scam?

Hi,

I was contacted by a company on whatsapp that said "We work for a ticketing company (IMDB) that is part of Amazon. Our job is (Digital Services, Movie Promotion) specializing in movie promotion and some data analysis... Our main job is to help movie investors to increase movie box office and improve movie review data, investors pay us commission every day" and offered me a job.

They sent me a link to sign up -- https://www.imdbseollc.com/login -- which looks like the login page for IMDB which makes me think it's a phishing attempt.

Is it a scam?
