Indian movies overrating.

From time to time you guys change the ratings of movies to avoid "overstuffed ballots". But you never considered the absurd ratings of a lot of indian movies, which are OBVIOUSLY "overstuffed". This movie, for example, with 62.880 votes with an impossible 9.6 rating. The Godfather don't get even close.
