Improve help navigation with common issues, feedback, and beta testing program

Hi! I am starting to use IMDB to share lists with others, and needed to look for help but found it a little difficult to navigate. If possible I believe adjusting the navigation to include several areas could help:

- Common Issues - for example I was trying to share a list publicly & it is still showing private. It appears from what other users have reported that I just need to wait, & list in question is http://www.imdb.com/list/ls099488411/

- Feedback Section - where we can see what feedback has posted from other users & can vote which ideas are best. As an example, it would be nice to have a Help/feedback area or link within the mobile app.

- Testing Community - a way for users to sign up to be a beta tester of new features & provide feedback could be a win/win on both sides

The suggestions above I believe will ultimately improve the user experience & keep us coming back. Thanks! James @DigitalBeyond
