I'm getting various errors such as very long delays in bringing up title pages, errors when trying to make submissions, reverting to signed-out state with loop asking me to log in but never letting me.

Looks as if IMDB are having big problems :-(

I'd been using IMDB, submitting various title updates and navigating to titles and people. Everything was working well. Then all hell broke loose at about 20:20 as I was half-way through a submission and was checking which "John Doe" was the correct one (a thankless task): sometimes it stopped displaying titles in reference view (I'd forgotten how execrably bad the non-reference view was), sometimes I got random "humorous" messages which all implied "we've got problems", and one which suggested that my submission contained too many entries. Sometimes pages failed to load and my browser just froze.

Good luck to the backroom boys in sorting it out.

@felipe_pereira_rego​ IMDB's current error mode is to regard me as being signed out and it won't let me log in. I do so, using the username and password which are saved into Firefox's saved logins, and it returns to the Login page "Sign in with IMDB/Amazon/Google/Apple".

Interesting that the problem seems to be causing so many different manifestations of "IMDB is ***gered at the moment" ;-)

Ah well, that's all my IMDB submission work finished for the day. I'll try again tomorrow.

For some reason my IMDb Pro account through Amazon is saying it doesn’t exist.  It changed my account last month for renewal and has been working fine.  Today it kicked us off the account and when we tried to log back in through Amazon it said it didn’t exist and Error 500.  Help us please!!  Thanks so much.

I'm a longtime subscriber to IMDbPro, and this afternoon when I tried to access the page, I got an error page:

HTTP STATUS 500 - SERVER ERROR.

Then after waiting a couple of hours to see if it would be resolved, I was sent to a LOGIN page, and with both sign-in options (thru Amazon and thru IMDB), I was sent in a circular loop of signing in and getting bounced to a page that offered me the option to Create an Account or use the Free option.

Has this issue been raised and resolved yet? I have a paid subscription that is up to date, and I am in the process of making updates to optimize my materials, so it would be great if I could access everything asap.

Please advise, thanks!

I tried to go to my lists, but it only says ERROR. I have lists. I have no problem going onto the site and clicking the star for how many of a certain star's work I've seen. I just can't get to my lists.
