I opt-in for the IMDb Auto Translation Beta test. The Canadian French version on the sample page seems to be almost 100% accurate. I only noticed one seeming error as a past-present tense error, using "is" for "was", when referencing when he was born in the first sentence of the translated French Chris Pratt page. I applaud offering both French and French Canadian versions, as the two languages are different enough to justify both. I also like existing feature that makes easy to switch between languages by simply toggling. Another notable issue is for inserted content, like timely related articles on the actor's page being in English on the actor French page, but that was to expected as it is outside the scope of the machine-language translation enhancement at this time. I also noticed some minor actor sub-sections that are not translated too, like antidotes and citations, but the major sections seem to have been translated mostly. Another quirk is the Chris Pratt actors' Trademark (aka Marques de commerce) section is titled in Canadian French but the bullet point trademarks are still listed in English. I would assume the having a section either 0% or 100% translated would be preferable to a partially translated section. Overall, I am impressed with Canadian French translation and how accurate the initial Beta version is. Kuodos to the IMDb staff on this roll-out. It is not perfect, but considering how many different details are in a name page, I am in awe.

For the CAST part of the database, in french, instead of "Distribution supérieure", it would be better to use the phrase "Rôles principaux" Note: This comment was created from a merged conversation originally titled translation in French of CAST
