I’m unable to access my old IMDB account on my new iPad. My user name is “mathcree”.

I recently purchased a new iPad and I’m unable to access my IMDB account on my new iPad. I joined IMDB in Jan 2013. My user name is “mathcree”. I tried the email the addresses I probably used back in 2013 but they were not recognized.  I really enjoy the app and generally access it daily when we are watching tv shows and movies. It would be very unfortunate if I had to loose my history of watched and watch list movies and shows that I’ve accumulated over the years, along with the “Top picks for you” that IMDB recommends.
