"I Need to Know" may be better called "What Movie/Show am I describing"

Many people do not select "I need to know" for this, and others select "I need to know" for things about the database.

We could also use a category "About Sprinklr/ this forum"

Hopefully this is not such a big deal that we need it to be an Idea that people vote about.

Just because the now-defunct message boards had that category is not a good enough reason to keep the terminology - especially since back then it was EXPLAINED, and now it's not.

So far as your thread about Sprinklr questions:

1) it's and Idea, and I doubt that Staff reads Ideas frequently, and

2) very few people are going to find that thread to contribute to it.

We need a category available to select during Create Post.
