I marked a list as public but it still shows up as private

I created a list at https://www.imdb.com/list/ls527935822/ and had it as private while building it then marked it as public. It says that it's public for me while I'm logged in, but when I open the list in private browsing it shows up as private. Any ideas? Do I just need to wait a bit before the setting is propagated? I've tried flipping it back and forth a few times without any apparently effect.
