I have accidentally deleted all the titles and reviews I added into one of my lists
Hi, today I tried to add a series into one of my lists but added the wrong one. After trying to delete it I must've accidentally checked the 'all' box and deleted the rest of them too.
Is there any way to revert this and get the contents of my list back?
There were over 40 titles in that list, wrote reviews for each one and constantly used it to recommend shows to friends so it would be a shame to see it all gone.

@ErysLaw We can sometimes recover an entire deleted list if reported quickly as there’s a short delay between a list being deleted on the front-end and it being “cleaned-up” on the back-end, however, we do not keep a version history for any individual list items — once you delete items on the front-end, they are deleted immediately on the back-end. We are therefore unable to recover your list items, sorry.
To avoid this in future, we recommend regularly exporting your list data such that you always have a local copy.
