I can't access my original IMDB profile as can't log into old email

I have two IMDB profiles, the one where my credits are displayed is this one https://www.imdb.com/name/nm2104336/

However, I can't log in there as probably registered with an old email I no longer use. A few years ago, to keep adding credits , I created this one https://www.imdb.com/user/ur13068221/?ref_=nv_usr_prof_2 but this one, I only use it to update the original profile, however im limited in how much I can do. How can I merge both profiles into one to be able to log into the first profile?Im happy to let go of this profile im writing from as it only ha say picture but no credits, I need access to the one with the credits . Thank you
