I cannot access my IMDB account

I cannot access my IMDB account because I don’t have access to the email anymore. I know the user/email and the password but IMDB is showing a message “For your security, approve the notification sent to email@yahoo.com” I don’t have access to this email since maybe around 5, 6 years ago. The IMDB account with this email is around 10-12 years old and I have more than 1000 ratings and a lot of movies on my watchlist. Please advise what should I do to have access to my account.
