I cannot access my IMDB account that was on my old yahoo email

I'm locked out of my IMDb account. Even though I know my username/email and password, IMDb is asking me to approve a notification sent to my old Yahoo email address (email@yahoo.com) for security reasons. The problem is, I haven't had access to that Yahoo email for about 5 or 6 years. My IMDb account is quite old, roughly 10-12 years, and it contains over 1,000 ratings and a significant watchlist that I really want to get back. How can I regain access to my IMDb account without access to that old Yahoo email?
