I am locked out of my account

I was just logged out of my account. I have been using it for months and submitted a written review for the first time yesterday. I just went to check on its status when it logged me out. Upon trying to get back in, it said my email was wrong even though I used the same email I’ve been getting updates and news from imdb with. I have tried signing back in with Apple google amazon and resetting my email and password and nothing has worked. I do not understand what has happened. Please help!!!
