How do I get my account back, email doesnt exist anymore

Hi so I've had an account for years with like thousands of movies on it and now for some reason, I need to have a new password to access it, of course i used an hotmail account... that has been hacked and deleted by microsoft... so I cant get the email for the new password to change it.

How do I get back my account in that case? Because theres no way I'm starting from scratch.
