once the list has been created, you will be automatically placed in edit mode; to add an image to the list, paste the URL of the image on IMDb which you wish to add to the list. For example:
If your image list already exists, you can get back to edit mode at any time by clicking the “Edit” link in the upper right of the list page.

@dwaynedalton Over on https://www.imdb.com/profile/lists click the “Create a new list” button to the right of the “Your lists” heading and then create an image list as shown here:
