Homepage mouseovers need better descriptions

On the homepage, when hovering over the thumbnails, the descriptions that pop up are often lacking.  Some are only the title; others are just a list of the cast or the premiere date.  These tell us nothing about what the movie or TV show is actually about.  It'd be great if you used the same summaries that are on the title pages.
