Getting declined messages when trying to add series title to image.

I've been rewatching the TV series Numb3rs (2005-2010).  I like reviewing the episodes trivia and photos before watching the episode.  When I find missing tags on the photos, I watch for the scene in the episode that is the same as the photo and attach the character/actors name when missing.  For a couple of the episodes in the season I'm watching the photos are missing the tags for the series.  So of course I try adding them.  I like to contribute. :-)

A whole string of them were declined with the following:

I read the Image Guidelines and I don't see where my trying to add the series title to photo after seeing it in the episode I'm watching.  What confuses me more is there might be couple images already tagged with the series and I'm just adding the tag to the photos without it.  (Currently 7 out of 10 are missing the tags in one of the episodes I tried adding them to.)  Also, out of the ones that were declined there were a couple that were approved and added.  However, 80% or so were declined.

Is there an individual actually declining these?  Are they just declining them to keep form adequately reviewing them?  Or, is it AI and it's having some kind of hallucination. :-)

I really like the site and want to contribute to make it as complete as possible.  What am I doing wrong?
