general title is wrong in french how can i change it

Hello , 

I'm unable to change my title on the main page  which is wrong in French . Every title is correct in each film listed  but it keeps putting Costumier and not Creatrice costume ( costume designer) or Conception costume  on the main page . Can you help ?
