Filter by Rating

@bderoes​ It's the overall Filter by Rating feature for each set of user reviews that doesn't work. It should bring up all of that person's reviews with a particular star rating but instead just gives a "500 error". Go to a member profile page, click on reviews, and you'll see what I mean.

@lgoldman​ Thanks for clarifying. We tested this via the reviews on https://www.imdb.com/title/tt9362722/reviews/ and the first four all work fine:

It is not until we reached the fifth reviewer @ https://www.imdb.com/user/ur15311310/reviews?sort=submissionDate&dir=desc&ratingFilter=10 that we were able to reproduce the issue.  The difference with this account vs. the others is that it has > 10,000 reviews which is what we suspect is the cause. 

We will open a ticket with the appropriate team to investigate. If you have examples of customers with < 10,000 reviews which exhibit the same problem, please can you share the URLs here, thanks.

@Col_Needham​ I am now seeing that profiles with fewer reviews don't seem to have this issue.

@lgoldman ... an update from the software team -- this is indeed a limitation in the older system relating to authors with over 10,000 reviews.  Unfortunately it will need to wait until this section of the site is moved to our new technology platform.
