encouraging people to review movies and shows with awards.

now this is more of a far fetched idea but it can work and can bring joy to the hundreds of regular reviewers on IMDb. that anyone has done a huge number of reviews (say above 500 movies and shows) should be awarded with something maybe money (nothing too much like 10$ or so ) or even a gift card just to encourage people to review more movies and shows and maybe in the future this can be used by people to write it on their CV's as reviewers for IMDb who would love to continue in this path.
