Does anyone know of a way to find similarities between two or more movies, like similar IMDb keywords?
I'm working on a movie related project and want to know a good way to easily find similarities between movies. For example, if I have Movie 1 and Movie 2 and I want to know if they share anything in common. I know IMDb lets you input two movies to see what actors/crew they have in common, but I was wondering if there was a way to do that with keywords or plot points and such. Also I know how to find multiple movies matching certain keywords, I was wondering if there was a way to do the opposite. Thanks.

@samvinette Yes, you can do this via the keyword search option in the main search form at the top of every page. Start with the first keyword you have in mind, and then on the results page, you can refine by additional keywords. For example, using neo-noir -> https://www.imdb.com/search/keyword/?keywords=neo-noir and after a series of keyword refinements you might end-up at https://www.imdb.com/search/keyword/?keywords=murder%2Cneo-noir%2Corganized-crime%2Cpolice-detective%2Crace-against-time%2Csurprise-ending&ref_=kw_ref_key&sort=moviemeter,asc&mode=detail&page=1
Hope this helps.

There is no good way to do what you're asking for keywords, except you can go to a title's keyword page, sort the keywords alphabetically, do the same with another title's keyword page, and manually compare the keywords.
