Death date corrections for animators declined, despite evidence

Hello there. Yet another problem regarding correcting crew member deaths. I added the death dates for animators Rick Leon, Kang Lin Zin and Steve Swaja, since it is confirmed in issues of Keyframe Magazine, they both have since passed away, with Rick and Swaja passing in 2018 and Kang passing in 2022, since they were both featured in the In Memoriam pages. Despite sending the evidence, they declined it because once again... "unable to verify". So this mistake needs to be fixed.

Also side note, but even though the issues confirmed their ages when they died, the birth dates for Daniel de la Vega and Richard Bowman were also declined, despite having evidence.
