Crew member credit correction for two episodes declined, despite photographic evidence

Hello there, got a problem regarding fixing up a crew member's attribute. For former Simpsons animator Mike Marcantal, I corrected all of the episodes that has him credited without any attributes (most episodes has his first name credited to "Michael"), but when I tried to correct the attribute credits for "Bart Has Two Mommies" and "The Seven Beer Snitch", in which he is credited as "Mike" without any attributes, they declined because "unable to verify", despite using photographic evidence from the show's credits. Please help fix this.
