Can't Access my Account - Says None of the Emails I use are Associated with my Account

I'm unable to log into my account, it says that none of the emails I use are associated with my account which is impossible because I remember creating the account with an email I use all the time. It doesn't let me log in with my phone number either which also makes no sense because it's the only number I use. I need to regain access to my account but I can't!
