Cannot make Reviews public

To change your ratings privacy, select your name in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and select "Account settings" from the drop down menu. Under Preferences select "Privacy settings". Select your preferred privacy setting, an ... Read more.

You can also change it on the Your Ratings page itself, under the 3-dots menu > Privacy.
