Billing of Actors

I really think it would benefit IMDb and all its users, if the cast billing for movies/shows could be corrected.  I've noticed this over the years -- under "Top Cast", the list of actor names doesn't necessarily reflect their billing in the work.  For instance, I was just looking at the page for Patriots Day (2016), noticed Kevin Bacon in the trailer, but found that in "Top Cast", he doesn't appear at all, among the 18 names there.  Only when I click "Top Cast" to reach the all-inclusive list, do I finally see him, well down the list.  Then I look at the Wikipedia page for that film......and Bacon is listed second.  So he's got second billing, yet doesn't appear among the 18 names on the Patriots Day page.  Or under "Stars" towards the top of the page.  This has resulted in me consulting Wikipedia to learn which stars are most prominent in which films/shows.  Which is fine.......but I feel that IMDb could include this.
