ATS: Can we get an advanced studio search option?

On the http://www.imdb.com/search/title search please can the existing 'Companies' include the sub-companies/brands (such as Stage 6 Films and TriStar Productions within Columbia Pictures). Plus, can Lionsgate Films, The Weinstein Company, Open Road Films, CBS Films, Amblin Partners, DreamWorks Animation, Gaumont Film Company and MGM Pictures be added to the 'Companies' section. As shown at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Major_film_studio

On IMDb.com I'd like to search for Musicals made by RKO up through 1935. Or by United Artists. Or by Joseph Schenck Productions, for that matter. How do I do that?

I see that on the Advanced Search page I can select from among 8 studios, and Sony will get me old Columbia films. But RKO (co0041421) and UA (co0026841) were major studios back in the day. How do I access them?

Also, I don't want all the movies MGM is now attached to, namely all the Warner Bros films (not to mention Goldwyn and many more.) I just want the films they PRODUCED. See results of

I've tried substituting the company number for the name in the url above, but got all the movies from anyone. Do you have a parameter name (instead of "companies") for Production company Number?

I posted a related idea that proposes a text-based solution.  I wanted to filter for titles produced (not distributed) by HBO.  Over the years, HBO has produced titles under different subsidiaries.  So even the workaround would require repeating for every subsidiary, which would be more if including Cinemax's subsidiaries.
