An additional rating (like ratings on top 250) for all IMDb titles!

Hi. I wanted to suggest an additional rating for all titles! Many of top 250 movies have different ratings on their own page in comparison to top 250 list. I suggest this type of rating (regular voters, like top 250 list) for all titles not just top 250. For example there's a movie "The Mountain II (2016)" with rating of 9 and more than 100.000 user ratings, but it's not on top 250 list. So definitely the correct imdb rating for this movie is 8 or lower, Cause if it was higher than that, it would have been on top 250 list.

Excellent example.

And excellent suggestion.

IMDb has been adjusting their weighted average calculation, especially during August 2019, but their new calculations clearly haven't addressed this example.

Right now that film's ratings look like this:

And the Top 1000 is too narrow. We have so many users on IMDb now, I really think this should be the top 10% of voters. I wonder if there's an Idea here for that yet. Now there is:

Interesting that even non-US users don't average 9, much less 9.4.
