Allow users to limit recommendations based on US Certificate

As a self-described prude, content recommendations with a R, NC-17, or TV-MA certificate will never be relevant to me. Allow me to configure, as a profile setting, certificate preferences or limitations that would exclude content with or linked to certain certificate values from all recommendations (and even sponsored/ad banners) would make recommendations MUCH more relevant for my family and I.
