Original Viewing Place

Especially, now a days with so many places to see shows or movies, it would be amazing if the original place to view was listed, maybe under Details, since there is an Original Air Date/Release date feature.
I see commercials all the time for new shows or people tell me to watch something, but it can be hard to find the platform or channel it's going to be on. For example the show Psych was originally aired on USA network, and I've seen things for a new movie from the show (Psych 2: Lassie Come Home) coming out on Peacock. It would just be so great to have that information located on the site!

Good idea. I'd take it a step farther. For any series currently being aired, whether new or in syndication, show the network.cable channel or streaming service that's running it. That would be a big help any time we try to find one after reading or hearing something motivating about it.

I was thinking that too, but didn’t want to be too greedy!

Amazon owns IMDb and so Amazon Prime links are seen when an entry is available there.  Amazon doesn't own the other channels and streaming sites and so availability of IMDb titles on those platforms aren't advertised.

This information, if the IMDb has it, would be found in the Distributor section. I don't think it's available on the app but can be seen on the main site.
