Lists not loading on app

Whenever I try and open my lists on the app I get the attached error. This had been happening for a couple of days now.

Hello @mr_m704,

In this case I recommend you to uninstall and re-install the App.

If you are still having the same issues, please provide us with the following information: 

  • Device model
  • OS version number
  • IMDb App version number
  • Lists (URL links)

 

Your device model and software version number can be found in your phone settings, typically in "General information" and "About" sections.

Hi, thanks for this. I’ve tried uninstalling but still have the same issue unfortunately.

  • Device model - iPhone12
  • OS version number - 17.6.1
  • IMDb App version number - 14.16
  • Lists (URL links) - Not sure how to provide this as I can’t access them

Sorry to jump in on this, but I'm having the same issue and there are several folks reporting it over on Reddit as well. Here's my info that you requested from the OP (apologies again for jumping in, but I'd really like to see this resolved!):

  • Device model - iPhone 13
  • OS version number - 17.7
  • IMDb App version number - 14.16
  • Lists (URL links) - https://www.imdb.com/user/ur0893622/lists/ -- this is the URL for my Lists, which I can access fine on computer browser, but I get same error as OP when using  the IMDB iOS app.

Adding myself to this issue as I'm seeing the same problem. Cannot access any of my custom lists. Can access my watchlist, but none of the lists.

I'm confirming that our team has now fixed the issue and as long as your device is updated with our latest app version (14.16.1) you should no longer experience the problem.

Hi … since last week I can no longer save any film titles to any of my lists. I get a JSON error. I can still rate titles and search IMDB as usual. I am able to create a new list but I still can’t save any titles to it. Can anyone help at all? Thank you
