Watchlist issues

I recently downloaded the app and everything works fine except the watchlist feature. It won't allow me to add movies to my watchlist. Everytime I click the ribbon with the +, nothing happens. I've tried restarting my phone, deleting and redownloading the app, logging in and out, and tried Force stopping the app, but nothing has worked.

Thank you for your message! Let's try the following steps:

  1.  Sign out from your app by going to your settings, then account, and then Sign out.
  2. Sign back in by going to settings, select "Sign in or create an account", select "Sign in with IMDb" and then input your email and password.
  3. Once signed in, go to any title you'd like to add to your list and instead of clicking the yellow button labeled "Add to watch list", click on the three horizontal dots on the top right corner of the screen, then Add to list, and select Watch list.

If that works, try again with the big yellow button and with a different title. As another workaround, you can also press and hold the yellow button, that will trigger the option for you to add to watch list or create another list.

If none of that work, please provide us with the following information and we'll investigate further:

  • Device model
  • OS version number
  • IMDb App version number
  • Screenshots or video of the issue

I'm sorry, none of that worked. It's still doing nothing. My information is

Device model - Motorola g power 

Model number - XT2165-5

It uses Android version 12 

Imdb app version - 9.0.6.109060200
