Watchlist and Main Navigation Buttons Issues

Issue 1:

Since the last update, the watchlist on the home section only displays 5 titles out of more than 200 I have listed.

Issue 2:

The main navigation menu buttons are not placed at the bottom and have a considerable empty space between the bottom of the screen and the start of the button navigation. (This issue is not present in all sections, e.g. user profile and settings layout is OK)

Device: Samsung Galaxy S23

OS: One UI 6.1

IMDb version: 9.0.6.02

Already signed out / in, deleted app storage cache, data and also un-installed / reinstalled the app. Both issues are still unresolved.

@andreasneo For issue #1 this is just a helpful home page feature which surfaces titles on your Watchlist and for which we have where-to-watch offers.  You can always still access your full Watchlist at any time from the "You" tab which is easily accessed from the menu at the bottom of every page on the app (it's the icon which looks like a person in the bottom right corner).

@Col_Needham​ Hi. Yes I know that. Up until the latest update I could press on the "See all" button (that is where the screenshot is from) and it would open a new section, away from the homepage where it showed all of my watchlist items (all 200+ titles). I used this feature almost daily for years.

Was this changed to show only recent additions? Because the "See all" button is not showing what it is described.

It's been 2 months, any ETA on a fix for both issues? How long does it usually takes to fix a bug or release an update on the playstore?

At least can a dev confirm if they have tried to or have resolved the issues?

Im just going to post an update here. After the latest IMDb app update, the issues are still there. 

I know this is a free app, but the user experience is really problematic here. I use it daily, I can't be the only one having this issue, right?

I'm adding a video (split into 4 parts) which shows the problems, recorded about 5 minutes ago.

Please, try to find the problems.

Hello,

Issue #1 with the extra space at the bottom main menu now seems to be fixed. (Without an app update - must of been a backend resolution).

Now remaining is issue#2 with the "See All" button "From your Watchlist" in the homepage area, not showing all the watchlist items.

I'm glad issue #1 is now fixed! Regarding issue #2, I see it's showing only two titles that are available to stream on Amazon Prime. This section is meant to show you which titles from your watch list are available to either stream or are available on theaters, we are currently working internally to update the title of that section so it's not misleading.

Could you confirm on your watch list is these are the only two titles available on a streaming platform?

Regarding issue#2, the titles displayed in the video i posted is 10 items. If you freeze it after the 2 first titles, it loads 8 more.

I can confirm that of my 232 watchlist items only 10 are available on Amazon Prime.

But just to clarify, that list (From your Watchlist" in the homepage in the past, displayed all the watchlist titles when you clicked "See All" (the full list).

If this has changed as you say, then yes a renaming of that section should help clarify what that section does. But please be aware that above that list "From your Watchlist", sits the "What to Watch" list (trending on your services, such as Amazon Prime etc.).

Thank you for verifying! This feedback has been shared with our tech team and they will be working on this. At this time, there's not an ETA on when the update is going to be however is on the queue.

The section "Trending on your services" will include all the trending titles that are available on your streaming services, even if they are not included on your list. Whereas "From your Watch list", it will show only the titles from your watch list that are available to stream on your services.
