etm: These options are already available in the Advanced Title Search in the full version of the site.
On the Advanced Title Search page at https://www.imdb.com/search/title/ you can select, in the Sound Mix section, "Silent". You can also select in the Release Date section, where it says, "or just enter yyyy, or yyyy-mm below", to put 1919 in the second box and leave the first box blank (that is, selecting any release date up to and including 1919).
If your question is specifically related to the Android app, though, you will have to wait for assistance from the staff, as I don't know how to accomplish this kind of search through the app.
