Pictures not appearing on app

I posted new photos on my IMDb account...they are visible when I sign in online, but not when I am on the app.  How do I fix that?

Hello @malibumarketing,

Please make sure you are logged in with the email address registered to your IMDbPro Premium account in the IMDb App. If you are absolutely sure that you are logging in with the correct email address, then I recommend uninstalling the IMDb App and reinstalling it again.

If you are still having the same issues, please provide us with the following information: 

  • Device model
  • OS version number
  • IMDb App version number
  • Screenshots

Your device model and software version number can be found in your phone settings, typically in "General information" and "About" sections.

It worked once I deleted and reinstalled the App, as you suggested.  Thank you very much!
