IMDb android Application problem

When gesture hint is enabled on Imdb app it shows white line in most bottom of an app. This looks totally off specially when whole app theme is dark grayish and there's a white bright line in the bottom.

I want you guy's to make it transparent gesture hint support. It will be better.

This is major issue.

Hi @Uditboogaooga

Thank you for reporting this issue.

Please note the gesture hint is not related to IMDb App. If you don't want the gesture hint below the screen while using Application, I would suggest you to hide the gesture hint from your android settings.

Settings> Home screen> System navigation > Turn on "Hide full screen Indicator".

Alternatively you can search gesture/Navigation in the search bar.

I hope the above helps, have a nice day!

Absolutely not. Nowadays latest premium androids have gesture hint by default. You can't disable them officially on samsung, motorola, nothing and pixel. IMDB app should support gesture hint. It clearly shows that it is not supported yet. By hiding gesture hint is not the solution but to hide your weaknesses.

IMDB app should add support for gesture hint because it's a main functional part of an android. They should make it transparent. Your response is totally irrelevant !!!

By making it render edge to edge they are implementing Absolutely best thing.
