Flag episodes
You should be able to flag or Track which episode you are on of a tv show. Under the main page of the tv series and then you go into episode list, you should then have a tick box to add the episode to your watchlist or another list so you can then see the exact episode you need to restart watching the tv series. This will then show for all tv series the exact episodes under a specific list.

Another way to keep track of shows is to rate episodes you watch, then your ratings will show which episodes you have seen.
