Cannot scroll in app

Sometimes when I'm scrolling on the home page, I can't scroll down at all and trying to scroll up (even if I'm halfway down the page) pulling down to scroll back up instead refreshes the page.

Also, in the "You" tab, I can only scroll down for about half a second when I first get into the tab, then I can't at all scroll down. Completely unable to view anything past watch list.

My device is Samsung S10 5G. One UI version 4.1; Android version 12; imdb app version 9.0.1.109010300; all are updated to the current version.

This scrolling has been a problem for YEARS now.

Hi @calluml199,

Thanks for reporting this.

Seeing that the provided video is not playable, I recommend you to upload one that meets Sprinklr's formatting's (MP4/MOV) or you can leave a video link.

A playable video will be instrumental to our team in order to identify the issue at hand or shed light as to why this is occurring.

Thanks in advance.

Hello calluml199,

It looks like we were unable to reproduce the problem that you are facing in our site. Are you still having the same problem? Does it persist?

If still persists please let us know. If the you could provide a longer video, showing their behavior before encountering this issue, it might lead to further insights and possible reproducing the behavior.

In the mid time, two things you could try:

1. Clear cache - this would be the least disruptive
2. Clear all data (effectively a re-install) - More disruptive. But creates a clean environment.
