App has a problem

I have re-installed the app yesterday night. It doesn't work

I am getting "Something went wrong" message

Is there something i need to do? Because i don't see anyone reporting the same problem

Can you please disclose the following the information which will be instrumental to our engineers in diagnosing this issue:

  1. Device info
  2. Device system version
  3. System language and country
  4. App version
  5. User's country; if connected to VPN?
  6. Does this happen after app install or update?

As you launch the application you immediately end up with "Unfortunately, Something went wrong..." on home-screen - (Yes/No) Kindly walk us through as to how you end up seeing this message on the home-screen once after IMDb app is launched.
